Send us out all over the world so that everyone everywhere will discover Your ways and know who You are and see Your power to save.
~Psalm 67:2, Passion Bible

A business begins to die the moment it become introverted, thinking only of its needs, and not the needs of its customers.

The Dead Sea is called the Dead Sea for a reason. There is no life in the Dead Sea. You’ve never eaten fish from the Dead Sea. The reason the sea is dead is that it is a depository for minerals and has no outlet. It is locacted in a volcanic crater 1,412 feet below sea level. Fresh water from the Jordan comes in but there is no flow after that point. Take a ride around the country or county and notice the churches that have not changed one bit in 50 years. They all have something in common: they stopped thinking about those outside their fellowship. They became selfish in inverted. They lost their vision for missions. If you want me to give you a tour here in Morgan County, I can do it.
It is great for us to celebrate Jesus and what He has done for us, but we must not forget that He commissions us to go into all the world and share the gospel with everyone everywhere. I pray for all men everywhere to repent and come to Jesus. I love Psalm 67:3, “Let all the nations burst forth with praise. Let everyone everywhere love and enjoy the LORD.” Wouldn’t that be great to have all nations acknowledge Jesus as Savior and LORD. Peter said that David was a prophet, and he said in Psalm 67:7, “All ends of the earth will give HIM the honor He deserves and be in awe of HIM.” The Him is Jesus! I do believe it is going to happen. I do not know how, but I do know this theme is repeated over and over in the Psalms. What is the world coming to? The answer is Jesus. Don’t hoard the gospel, it is for everyone everywhere.

Eye surgery went well. Cullman was much better than Decatur, I was in an out in just a little over an hour. I go see Dr. Drake this morning and get the eye shield off. Praise the LORD from whom all blessing flow.
I pray for rain every day and sometimes more than once a day. I don’t know when we will get it, but I will be thankful when it comes. One good thing, no yards to mow. The weather report is not looking good, we may have to move our Sunday outdoor service to 8:00 AM instead of 9:00.
