What is it that you find most difficult to believe? Perhaps it is the love of Jesus or the reality of heaven. It took me awhile to except it but I believe Jesus loves me, not because of who I am but because of who He is–He is a loving Savior and His love is unconditional. Perhaps the most difficult thing for us to believe, and the world as well, is that God is in absolute control. I say that because we live in a fallen world that seems to be controlled by chaos and evil. If we believers struggle with God’s sovereignty, image what the world thinks. All Pharaoh’s {ungodly leaders} think they are in control, but are they? Solomon didn’t think so; he said, The king’s heart is like a stream of water directed by the Lord; he guides it wherever He pleases. {Proverbs 21:1} Presently, the left {democrats/Marxist} think they are in control but God is using them to accomplish His purpose: otherwise He would do away with them all together. I heard the late great Dr. Jack Taylor say once, “I feel kind of sorry for the devil because God is using him and he doesn’t even know it.” I thought that was the craziest thing I had ever heard a preacher say until he illustrated the truth. Who was the master mind of the crucifixion? I think we can all give credit to the prince of darkness who worked through his servants, the vile and corrupt Sadducees. God even used the Jewish priesthood to carry out the ultimate sacrifice and they were not even aware of what was going on.

In the Old Testament, the priest would lay their hands on the sacrificial victim. It was a symbolic way of transferring their sin on to the sacrifice. Who brought Jesus before the Sanhedrin; it was the high priest. Did they lay hands on Jesus? Yes, some of Caiaphas’ assistants hit Jesus in the face. God even used the wicked Caiaphas to prophecy…Caiaphas, who was high priest at that time, said, “You don’t know what you’re talking about! You don’t realize that it’s better for you that one man should die for the people than for the whole nation to be destroyed.” He did not say this on his own; as high priest at that time he was led to prophesy that Jesus would die for the entire nation. {John 11:49-51} Did Caiaphas know what he was talking about? No sir, the fool didn’t have a clue; God was playing him like a four string violin and he didn’t even know what was going on. The truth: the poor fool thought he was calling the shots when he was actually carrying out the preordained will of God. Bottom line: Biden is not in charge of anything and never are the corrupt and vile democrats.

Attention girls: this is a must read for home makers. I am living in a new world. Since November 4, I have had to adapt to taking care of the house. My expertise is washing dishes but I also wash clothes, sweep, mop, cook, etc. I cooked the green beams for the Luke 14 feast and what a feast it was and I also carried a sweet potato casserole that was consumed in ten minutes. Now I have my own system and June is having problems with it. Women, you are doing a lot of things that are not necessary. There is no need to make the bed daily, this is a waste of time and energy. Let me ask you one question: how many people will visit your bedroom today or any day? Exactly, none, not one human being, so why in heavens name are you making up a bed that you are going to mess up again that night? June was a little upset last night because the face cloths were not stacked to please her in the bathroom closet. You don’t need three stacks of face cloths. There are two of us so why do we need 30 face cloths? We need only four and there is no need to stack or fold. You have the two in use and the two in the dryer that you washed. You simply go to the dryer and get you clean wash cloth and at the same time you put the dirty rag in the wash. Washing bed linens every week is for the birds. Do you not take a shower before you go to bed? I do, which means I go to bed clean. How am I going to make a bed dirty when I am clean. Once a month is enough on changing the bed linens. Stop wasting time folding clothes: how many outfits does your husband wear. I wear two pair of pants: my jeans and my khakis. It is not rocket science. June wanted me to hang up my Khakis last night and I said, “Why, I am wearing them tomorrow.” I put my jeans in the wash and so tomorrow, I will get my jeans out of the dryer. I wear jeans for three days. It is insanity to wash jeans every time you wear them. I have many other tips if you ladies are interested. Lexi and Big Mama do not approve of my methods but my system works. By the way, I have not made the bed once since November 4 but my daughters make it when they come in: they know I will not do it. One other thing I do not do; after all, a fellow can stoop only so low. I do not vacuum under any circumstances. I con Josie and Mylee into running the vac. There is an unwritten rule at our house, no one runs the vac in my presence, the noise irritates me.
