The Gulag Archipelago is a detailed description of what went on in the secret prisons that spread across the Northern part of Russia. No camera or photos were allowed. There is nothing in the Russian history books about the gulag archipelago {sting of prisons, labor and death camps}. No records were kept about the lose of human lives. Solzhenitsyn and other survivors had to guess at the numbers. I know you are wondering why I would be interested is reading/listen to the gory details of these horrifying atrocities. First, it has made me aware of the persecution going on in the world even now. I have been praying for the folks in China, North Korea and Russia. It has also made me very thankful. I have never been or had to witness anything close to the horror the Russian people suffered under the brutal hands of Lenin and Stalin.

Solzhenitsyn is more than a historian; he is a sage. He said, “The difference between a good leader and a tyrant is the good leader fears a higher authority and the tyrant thinks no one is higher than himself.” Basically, all tyrants play God and act as if they were God. I had never thought about it in this way but I agree. A tyrant has no fear of God; no fear of consequences–they simply do as they please. Our founding fathers are under attack. The marxist are working around the clock to destroy our image of our founding fathers. They insist that they were not Christian men; rather they were greedy, power hungry tyrants and oppressors of men. What they teach is a lie. Whereas Franklin and Jefferson were not church attenders, both knew the bible and knew it well. Jefferson could read both Greek and Hebrew. He could speak five languages by his fifth birthday. They also make a big deal about Washington being a free mason. He did attend church and he did fear God. He prayed and we have his prayer books as historical documents. None of them were perfect but all of them feared God. We don’t have this fear of God today. I think Biden is a stooge. I don’t think he has enough sense to find the bath room without help; it is those who are telling him what to do and say that bother me.

Marxism, by its very nature, depends on terror. Marxist know that their ideology can not be enforced without the power of the state and the use of terror. Marxism demands that men fear the State, not God. Thousands upon thousands were murdered in Russia for the purpose of terrorizing anyone who might think of opposing them. In Marxism, there is no opposition, no discussion, no exchange of ideas. You either submit or you die. Our cancel culture has marxism written all over it. Marxism protest only when they are not in power: once they have the power, there will be no protest. Would you like to see footage of protest during the reign of Stalin? So would I but there is none. There were some demonstrations in the 60’s under Nikita Khrushchev, but none before.

I finished the GULAG ARCHIPELAGO yesterday so you can relax. I know I have worn you out on Russian History. Understand, we Americans have been blessed with unprecedented freedom. A freedom greater than any the world has ever known but we are one generation or one election away from slavery.

Great crowd at Breakfast and the Bible. Beats a horse flying: I thought it was a bag idea but that shows you how much I know. We meet again next Tuesday morning and then we are off on the 28th.
