The word Philosophy comes from two Greek words: ‘Philo’ means love and ‘Sophia’ means knowledge. So Philosophy is the love of knowledge or wisdom. I do love to learn and the older I get the deeper my desire for learning grows. Of course another thing that comes with age is your conscience awareness of your gross ignorance. Think about all the knowledge that is out there! Of all the facts available, how many or what percent do I know and understand? It would not be one percent {1%}, no, no, no it would look more like this… .0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001 %. To be honest, even this number is far too high. You know what separates me from the intellects? A couple of zeros. Pilot was being cynical when he said to Jesus, “What is truth?” Pilot had been into politics so long that he wasn’t sure there was such a thing and yet ironically, the next thing out of his mouth is the truth…“He is not guilty of any crime.” The left, and basically the world, believes that truth is abstract…existing in thought or as an idea but not having a physical or concrete existence. Right off the top of my head, I can’t think of anything the left is right on, and  they wouldn’t know TRUTH if it bit them on the neck. Truth is not abstract, it is very concrete and absolute.

For example: you hear all this talk about ‘Social Justice’ but that is an abstraction. It is a fabrication. In reality, there is no such thing as social justice. No man can determine what is just or unjust: only God can define what is just or unjust. To quote my son-in-law, long story short, JESUS IS THE TRUTH. Truth is not an idea, it is a person. If you believe in Jesus, you believe in the truth. If you love Jesus, you love the truth. If you hate truth, you hate Jesus. Why is the left so intent on perverting the truth? Why do they do everything in their power to suppress the truth? It is not rocket science: they hate Jesus.

By the way, do your remember what Jesus said to Pilot when Pilot asked Him, “What is truth?” It is very important that you remember what Jesus said…do you remember? Don’t look it up, Jesus said nothing. He did not answer Pilot and yet Pilot knew the truth–Jesus was not guilty. Jesus said something without saying a single word. How is this possible? He, Jesus Himself, was the truth. The truth stands on its own. It doesn’t need speech; it does not need anything to prop it up. The Truth ‘is’, always has been is and always will be is. The TRUTH is Jesus.

Boy I love this weather, heater in the morning but AC in the evening. I hope you have a good day as you look forward to the weekend. All the grands are out of school. They get the rest of the month off. I overslept this morning because I had no one to cook breakfast for: they will all sleep to dinner except Chloe. She will be over here on my I-Pad in a hour or so.
