One of the few things that I remember from Dr. Delaughter’s Old Testament Theology class is the Hebrew word gā’al which means kinsman redeemer. When a woman was left as a widow with no children, the Law of the gā’al decreed that if a nearby relative could redeem her house by marrying her, providing for her and giving her children, he would be called the gā’al {Redeemer}. Strange as it may seem, this happed twice in the tribe of Judah and the family line of David and later Jesus. The first widow was Tamar and her father-in-law Judah became the father of her child. Six generations later, from this child Perez, Boaz is born. Boaz becomes the kinsmen redeemer {gā’al} for Ruth who is the great grandmother to David. Our great grandson Jackson had seven living biological great grandparents when he was born. I have no memory of any great grandparent. I have never heard of a child having seven. Neither had I thought about the tribe of Judah having two gā’als; not before reading Cahn’s entry on day 244 in his BOOK OF MYSTERIES but here goes: “King David only existed because of the law of the gā’al. But this is not the end of this mystery, the gā’al of all gā’als is in the nativity. Mary didn’t have sexual relations with a man. Miraculously, she was impregnated by the Holy Spirit. She became the first and only pregnant virgin. So, God intervened in the same line {Judah} becoming the gā’al Himself.
But Mary was not a widow, was she? Mary was not but mankind was…we were barren and unfruitful, totally unable to fulfill our intended purpose, so God intervened. Jesus, the Son of God was sinless, and this enabled Him to become our gā’al. Phillip Bliss understood this when he wrote the hymn, FREE FROM THE LAW…

We are saved by Divine intervention. God has intervened in human history from time to time. Not often but He has on occasions. The Exodus was one. The incarnation was of course the greatest but then there is Pentecost. For we Americans, there is the revolutionary war. There is no way we win that war apart from Divine intervention. The dems, libs and marxist rent their garment and throw dust in the air when they hear a patriot give God the glory for our unprecedented liberty, but He intervened in our behalf and that is why we have enjoyed more peace and prosperity than any nation has ever known. George Washington is hated by the left and not because he owed slaves, that is subterfuge, he is hated because he gave God credit for our victory over our oppressors.

Woke up with headache early so I listened to the Briefing which is news from around the world from the Christian world view. Two states, Texas and Idaho have taken giant steps in battle for the right to life of the unborn. The new laws make abortion providers accountable for stopping a beating heart. Of course, the left is countering but they don’t use the term heartbeat just as they never use the term baby or child. You are not going to believe their term for heartbeat…here goes–Early Electric Embryonic Cardiac Activity. Is it not amazing how the left skews reality by changing definitions?

We are now facing record inflation. You have to go all the way back to Jimmy Carter {another idiot} to find inflation this high. This inflation was caused by all the funny money that the dems/marxist put in the mail. They didn’t earn this money or get it from the sale of a product or even steal it from taxpayers. They simply printed more paper money with nothing to back it. This made our money worth less. Plus, these morons shut down the pipelines and refineries. They also stopped drilling, and this has caused fuel prices to skyrocket. Now they are blaming the fuel prices on Putin but it was not Putin, it was Biden and the Marxist that are telling him what to do. When fuel prices go up, everything goes up. During the 70’s which most of you cannot remember, Interest rates got as high as 15%. Can you imagine a mortage with a 15% interest rate? Jimmy Carter was responsible for that debacle. Who can stop this crazy spending and inflation? The Federal Reserve. The bad news is the FED is a conglomeration of nine Jewish Banks and the chairman of the FED is a Jew. Remember the GOLDEN RULE, He who has the gold rules. I am afraid the billionaire Jews are behind this whole mess. For some strange reason, Sadducees lean toward Marxism. It doesn’t make sense, but all the evidence points in that direction. I will tell you one thing: you will not hear about it on the nightly news because they owe the media.
