Scripture
“If I do not wash your feet,” Jesus answered, “you will no longer be my disciple.”
~John 13:8, GNT

The greatest sin in the perversion of good is to use Christianity to promote one’s self.

Cell phone games are good for helping me pass the time when waiting to see a doctor or something of that sort but they can be addictive. I have a rule that I can not play games while at the office but when I get home, it is a different matter. A few nights ago I got convicted and deleted them all except the Sudoku which I always work while I am waiting on breakfast. I was in Psalm 145 today in my devotion time and in this Psalm David said, “Every day I will praise You.” For a moment, put the emphasis on daily. David didn’t praise God every now and then, he did it daily…every day.
As I sat there meditating on this and the sweetness of this Psalm, and, suddenly I realized how easy it is to get your feet dirty. It is offensive to some, but disciples do get dirty feet. If is practically impossible to live in this world without getting some dust, dirt and grit on our feet. I need to meet with Jesus everyday. I need to bathe in His word. I need Him to wash my dirty, stinky feet. In Psalm 145 David gives us a list of things to praise God for:
- The LORD is Great [v.3]
- The LORD is Gracious [v.8]
- The LORD is Good [v.9]
- The LORD is Trustworthy [v.13]
- The LORD is Righteous [v.17]
- The LORD is Faithful [v.17]
- The LORD is Near [v.18]
The LORD is near to all who call on Him, to all who call on Him in truth. [Psalm 145:18] Call on the LORD today. The only requirement is honesty. If you will get real before God, He will reveal His nearness to you and listen to your prayer. He knows your feet are dirty, so just be honest with yourself and call on Him. Note the use of the word “all”… this includes you and I.

Took a day off yesterday to try to get some things done around the house and PTL, we got four or five things off our to do list. June hoed the corn patch and all I had to do was plow and pick up rocks. We have some nice looking corn and I hope the coons don’t get it this year. All in all it was a good day but I am glad to be back in the study today.
We will be getting ready for bible study tonight and visiting the retirement homes. I do want to thank my prayer partners. A part from your encouragement, I don’t know what I would do. Thank you for praying for me and the service Monday evening. Laura Smith’s dad passed away and she and Steve or in Florida. She says it is close to St. Petersburg.

It is not a secret; I hate cancer and for good reason. As I was praying for our friends who are battling this dreadful disease, my mind began asking questions. Does anyone profit from cancer? Unfortunately, the answer is yes, there are nine or ten huge pharmacial corporations who profit from the treatment of cancer. Among them is Pfizer. The CEO of Pfizer is an immigrant from Greece and a Sadducee. His name is Albert Bourlo. It is amazing, everytime I overturn a rock, I find a Sadducee. By the way, Pfizer stock dropped dramatically in 2024, people stopped taking the vaccine. Bourla went from making 33 million per year to 21 million. There is no question in my mind that the Biden’s and the Pelosi’s got kick backs from the Pharmacial companies that provided vaccines. It just didn’t go as well as they planned, but they did make millions while pretending to love the American people.
Why don’t these rich bureaucrats give large sums of money to cancer research {like St. Jude’s} instead of giving millions to the hollocaust museum? Because they are Sadducees. Don’t worry, they don’t read the bible and they will not understand my code.
