Scripture
“Lord,” they answered, “we want our sight.”

Know exactly what you want. Clarity equals power. Vague goals produce vague results.

Short of time this morning so I pulled up an old blog {June 18, 2016}. Holly, alias Lou Lou and I had been to Bessemer and on our way back we decided to stop at a fast food joint. I pulled into an Arby’s with Holly barking instructions but I rudely interuppted with a question I always ask when approaching a drive through window, “Do you know what you want?” I hate to pull up to the window without everyone in the vehicle knowing definitively what they want. I’m not talking about “a fry,” I’m talking about curly fry, small fry, or large fry. You need to know exactly what you want. Of course, Holly never does this, she says, “Would you give me a second please?” I don’t need a second because I know what I want. These folks behind the window are slow to begin with, why make them slower?
Some people go through life bewildered and confused. They are like folks who pull up to a fast food drive through without knowing what they want. If you don’t know what you want, who does? If you can’t articulate what you want clearly, how can anyone please you? The two blind men sitting by the Jericho road knew exactly what they wanted. Jesus stopped and said, “What do you want me to do for you?” Without a moments hesitation, they said in unison, “we want our sight.”
Narrow your interest and define your goals. Know what you want and pursue it. Time is precious, and there is no time to dilly-dally.

Don’t have much time, 49ers meet today at 11:30 and we have to get to the Point and prepare some vittles. I am doing squash puppies LORD willing and June has to get the ham in the oven. Great weather: Thank You Jesus for Spring.
Florida and Alabama are in elite 8 and Arkansas missed it by two points. Big Mama went to bed fussing about these late games. We go to bed at 10:00 no matter who is playing. We have three teams in for sure because Tennessee plays Kentucky. I want four.
Keep praying for our sick.
Have a great day and thanks for reading the blog.
